The Original Wound: Healing the Split Between the Masculine & Feminine
The Collapse of an Ancient Harmony and the Return of a Unified Psyche; How Humanity Lost Its Inner Coherence, and How We Get It Back
For years now, a popular spiritual narrative has been circulating on social media that the masculine has ruled for millennia, the feminine was suppressed, and now at last she is rising to reclaim her throne. It sounds poetic, and even empowering, but it’s an incomplete understanding of the world’s oldest wound.
In a culture fluent in phrases like “toxic masculinity” and “women’s empowerment,” people have taken modern political language and pasted it over ancient metaphysics, inventing a story where the divine masculine supposedly dominated the divine feminine since time began. But that was never the truth.
Yes, there is a divine masculine.
And yes, there is a divine feminine.
But neither one has ruled anything for thousands of years, because both were wounded. What we’ve lived through for centuries is not masculine supremacy or feminine suppression, but two broken halves of the human psyche failing in opposite directions.
We haven’t been watching one pole conquer the other; we’ve been watching both poles malfunction simultaneously - distorted through culture, religion, empire, governance, and human psychology.
That’s not divine design.
That’s a systems failure as old as Atlantis.
The comforting fairytale says the masculine became the villain and the feminine the saint, but the real story is harder: humanity has been operating from a split psyche, with both currents - the one that builds and the one that births - limping along in wounded form.
No one was in charge.
No one was rising.
We’ve been watching two damaged archetypes taking turns driving civilisation off different cliffs.
What comes next isn’t a feminine uprising or a masculine collapse. The story goes much deeper than that. The real story is the wound - humanity’s ancient fracture - and the way it split the inner world long before it split any society.
And as we head into 2026, that wound, after millennia of shaping human history, is finally rising to be healed.

Our Wounded Divinity
Today, people talk about the divine masculine and divine feminine as if they are two warring halves - rival factions we must choose between - but that thinking is the wound speaking. That’s the fracture talking - the old binary spell, the illusion of “this or that,” “one or the other,” “because I am, you cannot.” That’s the ancient split echoing through modern language.
In our original design, the divine masculine and divine feminine lived in perfect harmony within every human being. Across every wisdom tradition on Earth - Taoism, Tantra, Indigenous cosmologies - you find the same truth: two fundamental forces shape every person, every system, every ecosystem, every culture. One force that initiates, protects, directs, builds, acts, and one that receives, feels, nurtures, connects, remembers. One a container, the other the contents.
Call them solar and lunar.
Yang and yin.
Shiva and Shakti.
Sky and earth.
Structure and flow.
Breath out and breath in.
The metaphors vary though the principle doesn’t. When these two currents are in balance, human beings thrive. Civilisations thrive. Families thrive. Creativity thrives. Spirituality thrives. Life feels coherent - like the inner world and outer world are playing the same melody.
But when these forces split apart and turn against each other - when one inflates and the other collapses, when one becomes all force and the other becomes all fear - that’s the wound.
Not a gender wound - a psycho–spiritual wound. A fracture in the basic architecture of human consciousness.
A wound where action mutates into domination, and protection hardens into control. Where strength becomes violence and clarity becomes rigidity. Where intuition dissolves into chaos and emotion sinks into collapse. Where connection becomes codependence and spirituality becomes escapism. Where power becomes trauma and truth becomes a threat.
This is the split every empire has acted out, every religion has enshrined, every war has replayed, every institution has inherited and every human being has felt in the quiet corners of their own psyche.
It’s the split that makes people fear their own power as well as their own softness. Fear their voice as well as their vulnerability. Fear being controlled as well as having no control. Fear being seen as well as being invisible.
This wound doesn’t care about gender. It moves through all of us, in different ways, in different seasons of life. And when entire cultures carry it, you get crusades, inquisitions, witch hunts, colonisation, patriarchy, empire, extraction economies, religions built on fear, governments built on hierarchy, nations built on domination narratives, and myths that bury the truth to justify themselves.
The Time Before the Wound
Every ancient civilisation carries a memory of a time before the wound. A time when human consciousness wasn’t split between domination and collapse, between force and fear, between the urge to control and the fear of being controlled. A time when the psyche wasn’t torn in two.
The Vedic traditions speak of the early Yugas - ages when human beings lived in alignment with truth, clarity, and natural law.
The Egyptian memory of Zep Tepi describes a distant epoch when humans, gods, and the forces of nature moved in harmony, and knowledge flowed directly from the cosmos into the civilisation.
The Greek Golden Age remembers a world where humans lived without struggle or hierarchy, guided by a natural order that required no coercion.
The Sumerian myths of the “shining ones” hint at an era when wisdom, technology, and consciousness were inseparable, and humanity knew its place in a larger, interconnected cosmos.
The Mayan traditions speak of people who could “hear the Heart of Sky,” attuned to a rhythm larger than themselves, guided by cycles rather than dominated by them.
The Indigenous Australian Songlines describe a world in which the land, the stars, the ancestors, and the people sang the same song - a civilisation shaped by coherence rather than fracture.
These cultures don’t agree on gods or timelines, and they don’t share calendars, cosmologies, or metaphysics, but they do all agree on one thing: there was once a time when the human psyche was whole. A time when humans weren’t severed from the land, or from the sky, or from each other. A time when consciousness was coherent - not split, not inverted, not running on fear, guilt, scarcity, or domination.
Even the differences between the myths point to the same truth: this memory is older than any single culture, older than any single language. It’s something humanity remembers the way a person remembers a dream - not in detail, but in essence.
A time before the wound.
The Great Forgetting
Just as every ancient culture remembers a time before the wound, they all remember what caused the wound. They all remember when something broke - not physically, but psychically.
They remember a rupture, a severing. Some traditions call it “the fall,” others “the veil.” The turning of the heavens. The cosmic winter. The loss of coherence that humans had always taken for granted. The language differs from culture to culture, but the pattern woven through all is identical.
The Vedic texts speak of the light of the earlier ages dimming as humanity fell into Kali Yuga, the age of confusion, fragmentation, and fear.
The Hermetic tradition suggested the “veil” descended and humans lost their direct perception of the cosmos.
The Book of Enoch tells of the heavens withdrawing as humanity sank into shadow.
In Mayan cosmology, it is said the “sky turned” and humans lost the ability to hear the Heart of Sky.
In the Hebrew story, consciousness shifted in an instant - the “Fall” - and humans become self-conscious, fearful, ashamed, divided.
These aren’t stories about gods punishing humans, but rather descriptions of a field change. Something shifted in the relationship between humanity, Earth, and the larger cosmic environment - a frequency collapse, a loss of attunement.
When the field changed, the human psyche changed with it. Intuition dimmed. Unity consciousness fractured. Ego inflated. Fear rose. Domination replaced protection. Control replaced connection. Emotion became overwhelming instead of guiding.
The masculine and feminine currents inside the human psyche pulled apart. Before the fracture, those two forces worked as one. After it, they became two wounded halves struggling to function separately.
What was whole became split - first inside each person, then inside everything those people built. The wound behaved like a psychic contagion. It moved from the human operating system into the operating system of civilisation itself.
We became a species trying to navigate reality with half a map - power without wisdom, emotion without grounding, intellect without intuition, spirituality without discernment, aggression without purpose, sensitivity without stability.
And from that half-map came the structures we now take for granted: hierarchy, domination, suppression, paranoia - all the architecture of a world built from fear instead of connection.
Humanity didn’t fall into evil. It fell into disconnection.
Humanity didn’t fall from grace. It fell from coherence.
Two broken halves running on static, and every empire since has risen out of that fracture. The whole of recorded history is the wound trying - and failing - to heal itself through power. The memory of being whole vanished into the split and we’ve been trying to remember what we lost ever since.
The Healing Written In the Stars
If the wound came from a loss of coherence, then what we’re living through now is the early, chaotic stage of coherence returning - not gently, not romantically, not with angel choirs and crystals humming in harmony.
Coherence doesn’t return like a sunrise. It returns like a power surge. And right now, humanity is reacting exactly like a species whose entire inner architecture is being rebooted.
All around us, institutions are cracking, leaders are collapsing, truths are spilling out sideways, conspiracies are melting down, and emotional volatility is everywhere. People are waking up and breaking down in the same breath. Identity structures are dissolving. Intuition is skyrocketing. Certainty is dying. Empires are wobbling. The old wounded masculine scaffolding is splitting, and the wounded feminine is spilling into the open.
This isn’t random chaos - it’s the psychic detox phase of a species trying to reattune to a field it hasn’t felt in thousands of years, and the cosmos is not being subtle about it.
The next hundred years, as written in the stars, read like a long, deliberate repair sequence - each outer planet taking its turn to dissolve, rebuild, rewire, and restore what humanity lost when we fell out of coherence. The healing of humanity’s ancient wound is literally encoded into the next century of planetary movement.
From 2025 - 2035, the wound will be fully revealed. With Pluto in Aquarius, Neptune in Aries, and Uranus blazing through Gemini, this decade is a cosmic trifecta engineered to break the spell of the old world. The wound will be forced out of hiding. Structures built on distortion will crack. Illusions will die. Identities built on fear will shed their skin. The masculine wound of domination and violence will collapse under its own weight, and the feminine wound of chaos and emotional distortion will spill into view. This is the decade where the wound becomes undeniable.
From 2035 - 2045, emotion and psychic healing will begin in earnest. As Uranus enters Cancer, the emotional body will wake back up. As Neptune enters Taurus, sensitivity will stabilise. As Pluto enters Pisces, thousands of years of psychic trauma will begin dissolving. This won’t be surface-level healing - it will be the deep cleanse when the feminine wound finally metabolises: intuition restores, emotional coherence returns, the capacity for connection stabilises. Humanity will begin to feel again - correctly, cleanly, and without collapse.
From 2045 - 2065, humanity will go through a reintegration as Uranus in Virgo rewires systems, Neptune in Taurus roots us back into the body, Pluto in Pisces continues dissolves the old psychic scaffolding, and Chiron moves through Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, healing identity, relationship, and shadow. This is the decade where the masculine and feminine stop fighting for dominance and start syncing once again. The inner split will begin to close, institutions will evolve, culture will rearrange itself, humanity will start building from an integrated nervous system rather than a fractured one.
From 2066 - 2088, human power will be rebirthed as Pluto enters Aries - the cosmic pioneer sign. The last time this happened, civilisations rose, but this time, they will rise from coherence rather than conquest. For the first time in documented human history, the masculine will express itself without the wound as courage without violence, direction without domination, and sovereignty without isolation. Neptune in Cancer will heal the emotional field while Uranus in Sagittarius will restore exploration without empire. This is the era where humanity will finally lead from a healed place.
Then at last, from 2088-2125, humanity will rise fully back into coherence as Pluto in Taurus brings stability after eons of fracture, Neptune in Scorpio brings truth without trauma, Uranus in Aquarius brings collective coherence and awakening, and Chiron in Aries allows the healed identity to become the baseline. This is the return of the frequency that went missing from Earth and the restoration of alignment with the cosmos. This is the world humanity was always meant to build.
Right now, we stand at the precipice - the doorway to a hundred years of healing. And yes, most of us will not live to see the end of this story. We will plant trees whose shade we will never sit under. We came not to live in utopia, but to ensure its return. We came to build the bridge from one world to the next. To close the loop. To end the cycle. To heal the hurt.
We did not sign up for the peaceful part, but for the necessary rupture that leads to rebirth, reset, revolution, and ultimately, return. We are here to see out the old world and midwife the new. We came not only to heal the wound, but to dissolve the architecture that created it.
The next century of planetary movement reads like the universe putting the human psyche back together, piece by piece, until we remember who we were before the fracture, and who we are here to become after it.
And we are the ones here now to ensure the remembering.
The Return to Coherence
The celestial map guiding us toward healing says the shift is already underway - the entire sky is signalling that the return to coherence has begun.
2026 marks the start of a hundred-year return from mind-dominance to heart coherence - the original human frequency we abandoned millennia ago. Atlantis. Lemuria. The golden eras remembered in myth. They’re not fantasy, but fractured memory of the last time humanity lived from the heart before “The Fall.”
For thousands of years we have been walking through that break. Now the frequency begins to return.
The turning point arrives In February when Saturn meets Neptune in Aries - an ultra-rare conjunction on the exact first degree of the zodiac. That’s the uncarved block, the blank page, the cosmic reset of creation itself. This alignment hasn’t happened here in nearly 6,000 years - The last time we stood at this type of crossroads, civilizations were forming, hierarchies were crystallizing, and the human nervous system began orienting toward fear, survival, and separation. That cycle is now ending, and 2026 begins a whole new one, where we shift from unconscious programming to conscious participation.
The first quarter of the year will be an integrity test - anything built on distortion will crack, and anything built on truth will strengthen. In late April, as Uranus enters Gemini for the long haul for the first time in nearly a century, a new frequency will switch on, causing communications, technology, consciousness, and perception to shift from linear to quantum. We can expect breakthroughs that make today’s systems feel ancient.
Then the ignition will intensify through May and June, as Uranus clashes with the lunar nodes and Sedna squares them too, triggering collective awakenings stacked on top of each other. And it will hit full bloom in July, when Uranus, Pluto, and Neptune all align around the same degree, a once-in-eras configuration that will expand human consciousness and unlocks heart-led leadership. This is when the new rhythm will become undeniable - when the difference between mind and heart will no longer be metaphor but orientation.
Beginning in 2026, humanity will start moving back toward coherence, compassion, telepathy, emotional transparency, embodied intuition, light-based biology, and reverence for the living world. Not overnight, but over time, unmistakably.
2026 is the year the switch flips and the trajectory changes. It’s the year the collective nervous system begins shifting out of fight-or-flight and into presence, stability, connection, and truth. It ignites the sequence that carries humanity into a hundred-year healing arc - the wound revealed, the blueprint reset, the feminine cleared, the masculine reborn in its healed form.
The world isn’t ending - the wound is. Coherence is returning through us, whether we’re ready or not.
We are already on the road back to coherence, but this first part of the journey will not be smooth - the road back to clarity commences with calamity. Before the return comes the rupture that makes the wound undeniable - too loud to ignore, too visible to hide. That’s why everything right now feels like it’s falling apart. We are living through a cosmic earthquake designed to force into the open everything humanity has long tried to bury.
The Wound Personified
This is not the first time humanity has been offered the chance to heal its ancient wound.
Every era has handed us a mirror - a figure or force that embodied the fracture so clearly we could no longer pretend we didn’t see it. And every time, we looked away. The mirror arrived most often as a leader whose personality, psychology, impulses, and worldview were shaped entirely by the ancient rupture humanity has carried for thousands of years. They stood before us like a living laceration; sometimes we cringed, often we applauded, but almost always, we refused - or were unable - to heal.
We’ve had an endless parade of wounded masculine power on the world stage: dominance as identity, violence as ideology, power as terror, control as theology. Dictators like Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin were the clearest and most extreme expressions. Putin, Netanyahu and even Jeffrey Epstein fit the same archetype in different forms. But the wound was never limited to tyrants. Even democratic leaders like Margaret Thatcher wore a different mask of the masculine wound: the belief that compassion is weakness, vulnerability is liability, and a functioning world must be hardened into obedience. Rigidity, punishment, hierarchy, and harshness-as-virtue are classic wounded masculine qualities - and they are not the domain of men alone. Plenty of women have governed from that fracture, mirroring the same inner split.
But history has also shown us the wounded feminine: emotional volatility, validation-hunger, projection, collapse, chaos masquerading as instinct, and the inability to self-regulate. This isn’t about gender - it’s about psyche. Marie Antoinette, Empress Wu Zetian, Catherine de’ Medici and Tsarina Alexandra embodied the feminine pole of the same ancient wound - instability, insecurity, emotional distortion, spiritual bypassing, and collapse under pressure.
And then there were those who embodied both halves of the fracture at once.
Napoleon Bonaparte displayed iconic split-psyche energy: ferocious domination fused with hypersensitivity, ego fragility, insecurity, and emotional volatility. Conquest on the outside, collapse on the inside. Henry VIII was another: entitlement, paranoia, fear of abandonment, obsession with heirs, violence as self-soothing, chaos as policy. The Catholic Church at its peak was pure masculine domination braided with feminine collapse - control masked as purity, fear disguised as doctrine, shame weaponised as salvation. The Prince formerly known as Andrew is a modern hybrid: predatory entitlement (masculine wound) fused with emotional collapse, denial, dependency, and fragile self-perception (feminine wound).
But perhaps the most transparent mirror of all time has show up in our time in the form of someone who embodies both sides of the fracture so vividly that it is impossible not to see it unless you are actively trying to stay asleep.
Donald Trump is the clearest modern expression of the wounded masculine: force without wisdom, dominance without direction, impulse without grounding, entitlement without responsibility, power without consciousness. And simultaneously, he inflames the wounded feminine in the collective: chaos, fear, unprocessed emotion, collapse, hysteria, dependency, and the hunger to be saved by someone who cannot save himself.
He activates both halves of the ancient fracture - the domineering half and the collapsing half - because he is the split. He is the personification of the rupture that has shaped millennia of human behaviour: control vs. collapse, domination vs. fear, bluster vs. fragility, power vs. panic.
This is why his presence destabilises entire systems. He isn’t merely a political figure; he’s a walking psychological fault line. He is the unhealed wound in a suit.
His rise was not an accident.
His power is not personal.
His following is not ideological.
It is archetypal.
He speaks the language of the wound fluently - fear, grievance, domination, projection, persecution, entitlement, collapse. He gives form to what the collective never healed.
Now, for the first time in centuries, the wound is no longer hiding in myth, empire, church, or nation. It’s sitting directly in front of us, tweeting in all caps, trying to resurrect a world that is dying under its own distortion.
Trump is the wound screaming to be seen, but he is also a character built entirely upon a structure the world can no longer sustain. A persona built on a foundation that has become sinking sand. The frequency that fractured is being restored, and anything built on the fracture will now either heal or collapse.
This time, facing the wound isn’t optional, and the first week of December hits that wound like a hammer. Trump’s chart is under direct pressure, his mask is slipping, and his instinct will be to lash out because he can’t contain what’s breaking loose beneath him.
We are confronting Trump - the embodiment of the wound - at the exact moment he himself is confronting the end of the distorted architecture that created him. The pattern is cracking. The structure is failing. The split is losing power.
And the sky is saying clearly: Enough is enough. It is time.
The End of the Wound, Not the World
When you zoom out far enough, the chaos of this moment stops looking like collapse and starts looking like correction. Everything that’s breaking - the politics, the institutions, the identities, the secrets, the emotional weather, the old power structures - is breaking because the architecture that held the wound in place cannot survive the return of coherence.
It’s not that the masculine is dying or the feminine is taking over.
It’s that the wounded versions of both are losing their power.
The brittle masculine that ruled through force is cracking.
The reactive feminine that survived through collapse is dissolving.
The split that held civilisation together - and tore it apart - is failing.
And beneath all of it, something older and cleaner is rising:
the integrated human psyche, remembering itself.
This is not a battle between genders, ideologies, or political factions. It’s a turning point in human consciousness - a species remembering the frequency it lost, a civilisation shedding an operating system built on fear.
The world isn’t spinning out - it’s syncing up.
The noise isn’t doom - it’s the static clearing.
The breakdowns aren’t the end - they’re the preface to integration.
For thousands of years, we lived inside the wound, built societies on the wound, governed through the wound, and mistook the wound for “human nature.” But that era is ending.
Coherence is returning.
The fracture is healing.
The ancient split is beginning to close.
And humanity is remembering the frequency we lost.
We are living at the hinge of history - the moment the story turns.
This is the threshold the world has been waiting for since before time began.
The Ones Who Chose to Come Now
There’s a truth most people avoid because it feels too heavy to hold: many of us alive right now will not live to see the garden this era is planting. We are the ones who lay the foundations, not the ones who get to walk the finished streets.
The beautiful world that’s coming - the coherent world, the healed world - is real. It’s written into the cosmic blueprint. But it lives farther down the path than most of us will travel in this lifetime.
We are the ones planting the seeds that our children will water so our grandchildren and great-grandchildren can climb in the trees that grow from them.
There is a beauty in that, but also sorrow.
To know that we are the hinge, not the harvest.
The bridge, not the destination.
The ones who came to close the wound, not the ones who will live entirely beyond it.
But there is also something extraordinary in it - something only the soul can understand - because we did not come here by accident. The reason it feels so heavy is because, on some level, we remember. We remember that we’ve done this before. We remember that we came back for this moment - some of us for the second, the fifth, the fiftieth time - to help close a wound we helped open across lifetimes.
No one is cursed to walk the earth.
We volunteered.
We asked to be here for the repair.
Because the soul knows what the mind forgets: we are not the body doing the work -
we are the consciousness wearing the body, carrying out a mission across incarnations.
We are here now because we wanted to stand at the threshold. We came for the turning. We came for the restoration. We were there at the fall, and are now here to finish what we started, to take part in the reweaving of the human psyche and the healing of the ancient split.
We came because this work is sacred, because this moment is meaningful, and because our souls remember what our minds forget: that we are here with great purpose to ensure the restoration of the divine masculine and the divine feminine - the container and the contents, the structure and the flow, the breath in and the breath out.
For too long, modern spirituality has twisted this into a false dichotomy; that the divine masculine is the villain and the divine feminine is the cure. That if we just surrendered to the feminine and rejected the masculine, everything would return to harmony. But that is just distortion.
The divine masculine is the container.
The divine feminine is the contents.
Without the container, the contents spill.
Without the contents, the container is empty.
Both have been wounded.
Both have been distorted.
Both must be restored.
One cannot rise without the other.
That is the work of our lifetime: to bring the container back into integrity, to bring the contents back into clarity, to reunite what was split, to repair what was severed, and to restore the frequency humanity lost.
What we’re living through now is the beginning of that restoration - not of one pole overpowering the other, but of both finally remembering how to dance again rather than tear each other apart.
And the place that work happens is not in institutions, or governments, or movements.
It starts in the human heart - the only place where coherence can actually return.
To take this journey, that is where we must anchor.
Stay in your heart when the world shakes.
Stay in your heart when the old systems fall.
Stay in your heart when the noise rises.
Stay in your heart when your mind wants to panic.
Stay in your heart when your spirit wants to give up.
Because the heart is the tuning fork that remembers coherence. It’s where the divine masculine protects and the divine feminine receives. It’s where the two currents remember they were never meant to be at war. The heart is where the fracture closes and where the frequency returns.
We came for this.
We chose this.
We are not here to watch the world fall apart.
We are here to help it fall back together.
We are the bridge generation - the souls who volunteered to stand at the fault line as the world shifts from fracture back into harmony. And though we may not live to see the full bloom of what we’re planting, we will feel the first light of it, the first warmth of it, the first rising hum of a world remembering itself.
This is not the end of the world.
It is the end of the wound.
And we are here - hearts open, spirits steady - to stay sturdy through the coming rupture and midwife the return of coherence.

My intention in my writing is to lessen the climate of fear around world events by offering clarity and cosmic context for what’s unfolding; to bring context to the chaos. I believe our highest calling right now is to anchor in the vibration of love & truth and call in a more beautiful world, and to do that, we must lean out of fear. I hope you read this with an open, uplifted heart.

As richly detailed as ever and very uplifting. Makes sense on a soul level. However, not being an astrologer I was curious to know whether there is broad agreement of interpretation of the celestial map in astrology spheres. I shall always prefer the more hopeful interpretation but just wondering
This article is amazing and made me wish I could be here to witness the full transformation. I’ve been studying the divine feminine. Can you direct me to another one of your articles that defines the divine feminine and divine masculine? I’d love to read it. Thanks!
