April 11, 2025: I Am Worthy Of Love
Today, we send the light of love to all those who feel forgotten. To the ones who feel unseen, unheard, uncelebrated.
Hello friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today, we send the light of love to all those who feel forgotten
To the ones who feel unseen, unheard, uncelebrated.
To those whose quiet efforts go unnoticed.
To those carrying invisible loads, showing up without applause.
Today, we shine the light of love into those quiet corners -
where loneliness lingers, and doubt tries to settle in.
You are not forgotten. You are not alone.
You matter, even when the world forgets to say so.
Today’s collective intention:
“I am worthy of love, even in silence.”
Not everything that matters makes noise.
A flower grows in silence. So does the soul.
Your worth is not measured by attention, productivity, or praise.
It just is. Like gravity. Like the tide. Like the sunrise.
Endless. Certain. Always arriving.
Let that be your truth today.
Today’s Light Point:
For the quietly struggling
For those keeping it together when no one’s watching:
You don’t have to be loud to be powerful.
You don’t have to be seen to be sacred.
If today feels hollow, if you’re questioning your place in the world -
hold still. Listen.
You’re not invisible to the light.
Sometimes, it’s in the stillness that love finds us -
not because we shouted, but because we softened.
So soften today. Just a little.
Let love find you in the quiet.
It’s already on its way.
See you tomorrow morning!
