Oh my gosh- I’ve known this all my life- living for frequency. I’ve been waiting for people to speak of this way of life for 30 years. It’s been heartbreaking to watch how many are living into their darkness- we all choose which side of our human selves to give light to. I think those of us here- and thank you so much for waking us up- me and so many more- are part of the homo-luminous transition.
We carry light and frequency in our bones and use our hearts as a compass. I too was streaming tears reading this. The buzzing within my bones is constant now. Today, at dawn, I stood on my grass and offloaded some collective trauma that I seemed to have collected in my dreamtime. I felt so dense and then, I remembered that we have the ability to shift our frequency and change our energy with the help of elementals, mama earth and our galactic friends. It took moments and I felt it in my bones. Discharged and heaviness gone. It transformed my day. ❤️
A sciencey thing: I am using invisible app. It’s a biometric sensor used to help people like me- Long Covid/ dysautonomia and EDS junk. It was a 2 out of 5 before my earth meditation. When it’s that low- I shouldn’t work and spend the day in rest . 15 minutes after the meditation 4 out of 5. Bills will get paid.
I think we carry the ability to self-heal in our bones. We can heal ourselves and teach others to do the same.
I am loving everything you have written here - it deeply resonates with me. It is wonderful to connect with others who are remembering - we all carry pieces of this within us. Together, collectively, it is time for us all to remember. And yes - the ability to self-heal in our bones - I believe this. This is a skill that we understood back in Atalantis, when we worked in higher dimensions. We are returning to those higher dimensions now - and those skills will be returned to us. This post made me openly cry and I'm not much of a crier. Two years ago I had a dream of flying in the open and the buildings were made of crystal. I said aloud, "It is so good to be home" and the love and peace I felt was amazing. I've never forgotten that feeling it was so powerful and have told people about this beautiful place of love and light. I am remembering. Thank you!
You're not too much of a crier at all, you're just having a physical reaction to your remembering. Since writing about my memories of Atlantis, I have been pleased to find so many others who also have these recollections, these soul memories. Here we all are again, remembering, and together, we can rebuild what was lost. xx
