The ones who soared high but now sense the ground calling them home,
not as punishment, but as purpose.
To those learning that structure isn't a prison, it's a spine.
May the mountain meet you gently
I allow the climb to teach me strength.
I welcome boundaries that bring me back to myself.
I know that being grounded doesn’t mean being stuck.
I take my time; I trust the timing.
I build what lasts.

The soul descends so it can rise again - stronger, wiser, rooted.
As the Moon shifts into Capricorn, there’s a tightening of the reins.
What felt expansive yesterday may now need anchoring.
This isn’t contraction - it’s crystallisation.
You're being asked to consider the scaffolding behind the dream.
What holds your vision upright?
Who holds you upright?
Lean into what steadies you.
And today…..the sky lays its foundation
As the moon drifts into Capricorn, it begins building the inner framework that will support Saturday’s bold Aquarius Full Moon. Mars in Virgo is still refining, still editing, taking one final pause before entering Libra tomorrow.
This is a day for honouring the bones of your becoming. Work with the weight, not against it.
