As a Virgo Sun, I thrive on clean, earthy foods - roasted vegetables, leafy greens, and simple, natural flavours. My system reacts poorly to artificial sweeteners and overly processed snacks.

I didn’t need a diet.
I needed alignment.

So I started eating like my chart. And in just over a month, I dropped 17 pounds - without obsessing over calories, tracking macros, or punishing myself at the gym.

I used to think eating well was about discipline and willpower, or following whatever that Instagram nutritionist was raving about this week.

But now I know the truth:
My body was never asking me to diet.
It was asking me to align.

The Ancient Connection Between Astrology & the Body

Astrology has always understood the body, not as a machine, but as a mirror of the cosmos. In the ancient world, Babylonian healers, Egyptian mystics, Greek physicians, and Vedic sages all used astrology as medicine.
