Wiz,

I just wanted you to know that I read this poetry/prayer at the conclusion of my Yoga Nidra class this morning. I always prepare my Nidras with an eye towards the energy impacting us. I read this with quivering voice, as I am feeling this transit deeply. Several students approached after class to say that they had chills and a tangible emotional response to your words. Thank you for this beautiful transmition - everyday, really. But, today's feels especially profound and I am so grateful to have found you on Substack. What a time to be alive and bear witness. 🙏❤️PS - you may get a few more followers today - a few people asked…..

Sherri, this has touched me very deeply. I don’t know why, but any time someone says they spoke these words aloud, it feels like magic to me. I never feel these words are mine, but rather they flow through me from some deeper place onto the page, and the fact that they exist as just words means they are absorbed by each reader in the mind as if in their own voice, like the thought that came through me becomes a thought that flows through you. It feels very powerful to me, but even moreso when the words are then spoken and shared, allowing the thought to travel even further. It’s like a series of beacons lighting up, felt thought to felt though to felt thought. Thank-you for sharing these words, and passing on the light. I’m glad to have been found. xx

Yesterday had me agitated and angry. But today I woke up with a happy heart, ready for anything, seeing the beauty in the fresh snowfall and felt full of joy. It’s like that feeling you get when you’ve finished something difficult, but gratifying. 💜
