The goosebumps and your hair standing up - that in itself is an act of resonance. It’s a physical outworking of the resonance, a physical cue that says “yes, this!”. Love it! Glad it resonates!! 🥰

Wow! I am so curious about humans resonating and what this portends. I read this aloud to my husband, got part-way through and he said: "Let's see what NPR says." Everything you said was confirmed and then he said: "Send that to me. I like the way that guy writes."

These days it pays to read widely as there is usually a kernel of truth, a common thread of truth that runs through all reporting. But that can get exhausting, I must say!

It’s so cool to open up Substack and read this-just after have done a tuning fork session-1st time in years-feeling the coherent field changing within me and grounding deeply into the soggy July 5 day. I’ve dreamed of this upcoming time so often that I feel as though I’ve lived them.. It’s hard to know if that’s just daydreaming or real memories. You help me to hold onto hope to understand that my work with Heartmath for the last 20+ years has really been about holding the coherent field and teaching it to people in an underground way, but allowing it to spread quietly and deeply.
Looking at the arc of soul work- and realizing that it’s been absolutely right on track, even though I never knew what the heck I was doing.
I love how it all works out. So great to be a part of this community and to feel as though I am engaged in a larger project than my own little navel gazing space at home. We’ve all been doing our work. And here we are, in our midwifery, and community. Holding Hope and coherence for a new world.
We are all tuning forks - as a collective, we will remember that soon, that our bodies are literally tuning instruments....we were made to resonate, but my goodness we have been throwing off some wild dissonance and distortion for far too long. What comes next does not come from the top down.....to make a difference you don't need a massive platform or a TV show....you just need to resonate.....hold the vibration steady.....allow others to tune to it.....that's the work that changes the world. You're already doing it. Keep going!

I believe the Wiz over NPR anyday!! I turned off NPR when they bad- mouthed Bernie over Hillary, a while ago now. 🤔
