Many of you receive my Daily Lighthouse posts, where each morning we gather - hearts from every corner of the globe - for a breath, a pause, and a shared act of sending love into a dark world.
The Lighthouse was created as a counterpoint: a daily call back to the heart. The world is unbearably loud right now. The noise of collapse can fry our nerves, fill us with fear, and leave us feeling overwhelmed, but when we navigate from our hearts, we can stay steady while the old world falls away.
Today, I’m excited to share that the Lighthouse is expanding.
A gifted musician here on Substack, The Magic Normal, asked if he could set the Daily Lighthouse words to music as a daily meditation. I was delighted by the idea and agreed. What he’s created is far beyond what I expected - not just background sound, but a full experience I can only describe as heavenly.
It’s called The Resonance Room - a ten-minute meditation (a new one each day) featuring the words from the Lighthouse, spoken out loud, carried by stirring, peaceful, angelic music. The opening rhythm aligns with your breath as the words unfold; halfway through, the music lifts into something so inspiring I found myself beaming through meditation. It isn’t just soothing - it’s activating. Like a cup of coffee for the soul!
