Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to the ones who have given their power away and are ready to call it home.

To those who’ve spent too long apologizing for shining,
shrinking to survive,
or playing roles that dulled their spirit.
This is for the ones stepping back into the centre of their own fire,
not to dominate, but to radiate.

May I wear my worth without apology

I reclaim what I gave away to be loved.
I let joy be my birthright again.
I do not hide my brilliance to keep others comfortable.
I lead with love, not performance.
I am the sovereign of my own story.
