Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

To those who have burned off the false selves,
mourned the old masks,
and now feel the sacred terror of being seen as they are.
This is for the ones who don’t need a spotlight,
because they are the light.

May I begin again in wholeness, not performance

I plant a new story rooted in self-respect.
I choose courage over charisma.
I no longer perform worth, I embody it.
I take up space with grace.
I remember that radiance is my birthright.
