Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to the soul warriors who’ve been carrying invisible wounds.

To those who kept walking through fire,
not realising the heat had scorched their own spirit.
Today we honour the quiet pause, the inward turn, the sacred review.

May the medicine deepen

I allow myself to revisit what still stings.
I let the wound be a teacher, not a sentence.
I choose reflection over reaction.
I welcome the return of old pain only as far as it offers wisdom.
I know that healing is not linear, but it is real.
I reclaim the part of me that got left behind in survival.

Today’s Light Point

Chiron, the cosmic healer, begins his retrograde today,
inviting us not to fix, but to feel.
Don’t be surprised if old aches resurface, not to break you,
but to show you how far you’ve come since they first appeared.
This is a retrieval moment.
A chance to pull soul fragments back into wholeness.

And today…..the wound whispers

As Chiron stations retrograde today, the tempo slows on the battlefield within. This isn’t about fighting harder, it’s about tending smarter. Let this be the beginning of a quiet season of integration, where your pain becomes part of your power.

This is a day for letting the wound breathe, so the light can find its way in.
