Silence over spectacle.
And sacred dignity over easy explanations.
While others rush to be seen, you are becoming whole.
And that is the miracle.
This light finds the quiet ones patching their soul with threadbare hope,
blessing the broken bricks, and slowly reweaving their purpose from the inside out.
May the sacred roots remember
I honour the healing I’ve done that no one saw.
I let the earth hold what no longer fits my story.
I tend to the small with reverence and devotion.
I trust that truth doesn’t need to shout.
I remember that being whole is better than being right.

I just re-read this post and realized that by the time I got to the end the first time and wrote my comment above, I'd forgotten how the first line absolutely drew me in. The reason? I remember distinctly making the deliberate choice in favor of "growth over vindication" and that has made all the difference.
