Thank you for having the words. Yesterday...I felt the emptying. Lots of tears that arrived in waves. It's uncomfortable, this space, this void if you will because that is the only word this old woman has. and...yesterday, looking back over nearly 40 years devoted to what...I am no longer sure of... and seriously you cannot make this up, what it cost...besides the $'s. I hope it was worth it in the bigger picture I cannot see. So I know it's time for me to step back and support the emerging Wisdom Keepers. They are extraordinary and it is their time to lead now.

It’s okay to wonder what it was all for. Sit with the feelings - they are our teachers, even when they’re uncomfortable. Let what’s rising rise, even if you want to punch it in the face.
