Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those whose hands are tired from holding the line for everyone else.

May the guardians find rest...

I am allowed to rest.
I honor the wisdom of stepping back.
I trust that the world can spin without me for a little while.
I refill my own cup first.
I give from abundance, not from depletion.
I am worthy of care, even when I am not "doing."

Today’s Light Point

Even the strongest need tending.
If you are the one who holds others, supports others, lifts others,
Today is your day to sit down and be held yourself.
You cannot pour from an empty cup.
You are not abandoning others when you care for your own soul.

And today...

the heart seeks softer shores.

The Moon settles into Cancer, drawing us inward to nourish, comfort, and restore. It's a day to honor the tides of your own feelings - allowing waves of rest, tenderness, and protection to carry you home to yourself.

This is a day for making room for emotion, for tending the roots that hold you steady, and for trusting that care is the highest form of strength.
