May 10, 2025: To the ones who feel too much, too deeply, too often
Today we send the light of our love to those who carry a river behind their eyes and thunder beneath their ribs.
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who feel too much, too deeply, too often.
To the sensitive souls learning not to apologize for their tenderness.
To those whose hearts ache when the world is out of balance
and still choose to show up.
We send love to the empaths,
the harmonizers, the emotional translators.
May the depths be met with grace
I honour what I feel, even when it’s not easy
I hold space for harmony without abandoning myself
I trust the quiet before the truth
I allow my presence to bring peace
I let my sensitivity guide me, not silence me
Today’s Light Point
Balance doesn’t mean silence - it means honesty with grace.
Your emotions are messengers, not mistakes.
If you’ve been holding the peace at the cost of your truth,
today invites you to re-center.
Let softness and strength move side by side.
You don’t have to choose between being kind and being real.
And today… the sky listens
The Moon lingers in Libra, urging peace, fairness, and inner equilibrium. But this isn’t about fake smiles or spiritual bypassing. Mercury in Aries pushes you to speak up - clear, clean, and kind.
This is a day for conscious conversation and relational recalibration.
This is not a day for keeping the peace just to avoid discomfort.
See you tomorrow morning!

If you would like to make suggestions for where we can send our collective light in the days to come, let me know in the comments section below.
I am somewhat of an empath, and I’m what’s considered a highly sensitive person. My heart breaks for all who are treated unjustly.
