Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to the ones whose bodies have carried too much.

To those who have felt the weight of the world in their shoulders,
the tightness in their jaws, the exhaustion in their bones.
To the ones whose nervous systems are frayed, whose hearts are tired,
whose roots have been shaken too many times to feel truly safe.
May the Earth hold you.
May the light feed your cells.

May the body remember peace

I release the tension that was never mine to carry.
I soften into slowness, into safety, into soil.
I trust that rest is not retreat - it is return.
I welcome the recalibration of my nervous system.
I let my body know: you are no longer under threat.
I breathe like someone who is safe now.

Today’s Light Point

Let yourself unclench.
The waning crescent moon asks us to shed the last of what we’ve outgrown,
not with drama, but with stillness.
This is not the time to force new decisions or push toward outcomes.
Let your system rewire in the quiet.
Let the ground hold you.
Let your breath find its natural rhythm again.
There is wisdom in the stillness before the fire.

And today… the Earth exhales

Saturn has now entered Aries, marking a once-in-29-years reset to the karmic wheel. This is a seismic shift in personal responsibility, collective reckoning, and leadership.

But with the Moon in its final waning sliver, today is not for launching. It is for listening. The body is the compass now. And the Earth is whispering: you don’t have to brace anymore.

This is a day for restoring trust in your own grounding.
