I wrote this in this week’s Wrap-Up because I’ve been pondering it a lot - “Fear will whisper that you cannot survive this. But fear is usually imagination - a projection of what might happen, not what is happening now. The present moment rarely destroys us. What destroys us is dragging tomorrow’s shadows into today. If we stop conjuring futures to fear, we return to the only thing we can ever live in: now.” I’m trying hard to remain present at the moment - not pre-empting possible futures but just really present to what is. This moment right now is all we ever really have, and when we live in it, right in the centre of it, not sad for the past or concerned for the future, than we can truly live free. In this moment, right now, there is really nothing to fear. Stay here. Anchor here. Be now, and now, and now. And just keep on doing that. That’s my plan of attack!
I’m grateful for your encouragement and wisdom. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I always feel uplifted when I read your posts and replies. You’re a great pen pal.
I feel the shift. I’m doing my best to be prepared, not scared. Following you and the cosmos are very helpful.
