Dear friends,

We’re crossing an important threshold this week, as the Sun moves into Aquarius while Mercury and Mars dominate the sky, and the First Cosmic Gate of 2026 opens, offering a portal humanity must walk through, like a kind of pressure test on our way through an unprecedented sequence of cosmic ignition. The sky this week explains why so many people are feeling mentally overwhelmed right now, and why you might feel emotionally raw, and unable to think your way through what’s happening anymore.

Mercury governs the mind: how we process information, make sense of events, talk things through, and build narratives that help reality feel coherent. Mars governs pressure: urgency, conflict, force, and the instinct to act. When Mercury and Mars are both loud, the mind is flooded - information accelerates, emotions sharpen, conversations escalate, and everything feels immediate and existential. There’s no pause button, no distance, and no tidy storyline that resolves the tension.

Aquarius season changes how this pressure lands. Aquarius isn’t about personal emotion or intellectual debate - it’s about collective truth, conscience, and whether systems still have consent.

Aquarius doesn’t ask what do you think?
It asks what can you no longer participate in?

When this energy arrives while the mind is already overloaded, something gives. The mental frameworks we’ve relied on - all the explanations, strategies and arguments we’ve based our sense of reality on - start to collapse under the weight of what they can’t hold.

That’s why this kind of week will feel unbearable if we stay in the mind alone. The noise is too loud, and the contradictions exceed what rational processing can metabolise. And so the system does what it has to do: it pushes us out of our heads and into a deeper register of knowing.

This week doesn’t introduce new storylines. It amplifies the ones already in motion. We can expect more news from Iran, and more from Minnesota, and more from the White House, all a disruptive and disturbing extension to what we have already seen. We should also expect Trump to throw up more noise as a distraction from former special counsel Jack Smith testifying publicly before Congress this Thursday. Expect this week’s pressure to make existing tensions more visible and harder to contain, with developments unfolding on multiple fronts rather than new conflict emerging out of nowhere.

And if all that’s not enough, a major solar flare erupted today, just as we approach this first gate - a reminder that the pressure we’re feeling isn’t only psychological or political, but physiological. Bursts like this don’t create instability on their own, but they can amplify what’s already present: agitation, fatigue, heightened emotion, disrupted sleep, and a sense that the volume has been turned up everywhere at once.

In that sense, the message is the same. When the signal intensifies beyond what the mind can comfortably process, regulation doesn’t come from thinking harder - it comes from grounding, coherence, and anchoring in the heart - it’s the only instrument capable of receiving the signal that’s coming through right now. Not sentimentally, but somatically, and instinctively, through conscience, care, and an unarguable sense of what is and isn’t acceptable anymore. This week doesn’t reward clever analysis or constant reaction - it rewards presence and the willingness to drop beneath the mental noise and let a truer guidance system take the lead.

What follows below is a day-by-day map for the Inner Circle of how this week’s pressure unfolds according to the stars - in the world, in the United States, and in our own inner lives. If the week feels intense, that’s not a sign you’re failing to cope. It’s a sign the old ways of coping are no longer sufficient. The invitation isn’t to think harder - it’s to listen deeper.

If we try to process this week in our minds alone, it will feel destabilising and unbearable. This moment cannot be metabolised in the mind, without the support of the heart. If you feel the mind reaching its limit, that’s not failure - it’s the doorway. What follows is a guide for letting the heart come online, not to bypass the mind, but to steady it.

Let’s step forward together, and find our way to the place that can interpret the rising frequency…
