yep.. what a time this is. Yesterday and today I went into my garden and took cuttings of lemon verbena, mint, nepeta and lemon balm and set the leaves i plucked by hand on screens to dry them...this morning they were ready and I stored them in blue glass jars. Right now I am enjoying the lingering scent of the herbs in the air and on my fingers. I also transplanted some lavender, lettuce, and tomato plants I grew from seed...and planted 8 new seeds to grow in succession. Hands in the dirt...making life.... is the way I respond to the craziness around me. It helps.

Ok you're giving me inspiration! I want to do this! I must say one of my favourite things to do is take cuttings from my mint plant and then smell the fresh minty smell on my hands. It's the simple things!!!

It's super wonderful! I often go to plant nurseries just to run my hands over the different kinds of herbs and then smell them.....

🇨🇦is standing strong in the shadows with Carney making deals with other countries since the orange menace came into power. We are holding space for peace as we always did in the past.

Canada and Carney have been heroes in this madness.....and I see them emerging from this as real world leaders, if they hold the line.

As long as Pierre polievre doesn’t get elected again…. We will be ok. 30 years ago Carney told is now wife while he as studying in England while playing hockey…. I want to be prime minister one day and move Canada forward. So are you with me. He had already a vision. He is doing that now💞

Thank you for this in depth breakdown. It gives words and meaning to the emotional and energetic misery that I found myself in all last week. You have a new subscriber!

Wow..what a wild week! Thanks for the updates and reflections.

For most of these I can remain the calm observer who responds instead of reacts.

Except for Mount Rainer.

All of my family lives within the shadows of Mount Rainier.

Many of them still remember vividly when Mount St Helens blew in May 1980.

Seeing everything that has happened in Texas, North Carolina and New Mexico last week. I am watching it more closely.

Yes, Mount Rainer is certainly one to watch - we know what it's capable of. The Earth is speaking loudly now.....but we need not fall in to fear. In some ways, it is comforting to know that Mother Earth will not allow us to continue mistreating her - she will raise her voice if thats what it takes to restore balance. Drop into your breath, anchor in your heart, look within when what you see with your eyes in the outer world causes concern - there is stillness within that can steady you through the storm.
