This quote from your wrap-up was so spot on - “But even if the face of horrific violence, Gandhi pleaded with his people not to answer brutality with retribution. “We must respond not with violence that will enflame their will, but with a firmness that will open their eyes,” he implored. He knew violence would give the empire exactly what it wanted - justification. “An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind,” he warned. Firmness, not fury, was the path forward - a resistance disciplined enough to expose injustice rather than enflame it.”

Yesterday, in downtown Minneapolis, the right wing agitator and pardoned J6 activist, who coincidentally, had very few people show up for his rally at City Hall, was pelted with water balloons & surrounded by many counter protesters - some who may have gotten in a few punches. He was underdressed for the - degree weather, and as the crowd surged, some non-white men surrounded him, and got him down the block into a car and back to the safety of his hotel. It couldn’t be more perfect. That’s the heart of it. The people he spread hate about, were those who rescued him.

Thank you for this phenomenal weekly wrap up. I feel as though I have found my community, even though we all may be oceans apart.

My work these days is to mulch the anger and fear, and send peace and stability through the mycelium. When I connected to the image of the golden cord, I could feel a happiness and sweetness that made me smile. I do believe the energies have shifted. I feel calmer and more focused than I did last week despite the chaos in Minnesota where I live. These are amazing times!

Oh Anna I am sending golden threads to you and all in Minnesota. Thank you for all you are doing to shine your light and mulch :) I would love to send financial support to those foodbanks you mentioned. Is there a central fund?? I am in Virginia very close to the maniacs and would love to help your beautiful loving state. Please keep sharing what you are seeing energetically. 💖💖💖

Anna, thank-you for sharing the right words at the right moment for inclusion in this week’s wrap up. I hope you know how important your voice is, and how profound the work you’re doing is. I’m so glad you’re here and so glad to have connected with you, and so honored to be able to walk this path alongside you. I sent the light of love down the golden threads in your direction today, and will continue to do so. May the spirit of Gandhi be with you this week, and in all your days, as you hold the light at ground zero. Much love xx

My feelings mirror your words after reading this phenomenal (great word thanks) weekly wrap-up. I have wrestled with what can I do everyday while watching the horror on the morning news. Wiz has helped me so much personally to gain new perspective...now hearing your words...wow...I can help by lighting up the golden threads with my love 💓 and send it directly to you. Please understand there are soooo many in my deep red state who care about ALL of you in MN and others throughout the USA who stand firmly with you...we are present. I hope you can feel that. Peace and love ❤️

The ability to connect us with our hearts in this time of transition has helped me to keep the light connecting us all in frequency ♥️. A bit of humor helps too,( pounding on a ketchup stained menu).

At tai chi chih class yesterday, I held up printouts of the illustrations you posted of people carrying lanterns lit inside with hearts and the one of the people holding hearts as balloons in front of the White House. One student had said a few weeks ago in class how much she hated the people in government for their cruelty. The foundation of tai chi chih is oneness of the chi throughout our bodies to the universal vital force of life. She said she was leaving class early to go to a protest. I explained why we’re coming together in class. We are not only here to cultivate the energy within us but to open our hearts to the energy we are cultivating universally. This student who always struggles with the movements, flowed more smoothly and left class with a calm resolve I had not witnessed before. I told her she earned “most improved student” for the day and she slightly teared up. I’ve never said this to a student because everyone is accepted at whatever level they are at. It seemed to be something that needed acknowledgment.

Thanks Wiz for helping me navigate this challenging time. I went to class with a bit of a heavy heart. Sharing the message of the power of the heart was the thread that connected us all, even one that could only feel hate. You are a precious amplifier of heart energy.♥️

I feel like I got to be part of that encounter somehow, these words to your eyes to her heart. What a sacred sequence. I’m always so pleased and quite moved to hear how this signal finds its way out through the world. Thank-you for holding this light, and passing it on. Precious! xx

This was your most powerful moment yet. Thank you for the neurological explanation of gunfire. Epiphany!! Of course.

The heart breaking open changes my very idea of grief. I’m very grateful to support this subscription and receive your heart opening messages each week. Bless

you for your illumination 💔💔💔

I stumbled on that info about gunfire and the effects it has on the shooter’s neurology and suddenly the whole world made sense! Had to share! Thank-you for being here, walking with us through this moment of collective heartbreak, which is really just collective heart opening. We got this! Onwards!

Thank you for the reminder about Mahatma Ghandi. I loved the movie and will see if I can find it to watch again.

As I read your words about the heart I was reminded that there are various traditional systems around the world that have taught the resonance of the heart for a very long time. What immediately comes to mind is the Sufi teachings in all their forms- meeting the Beloved in the container of the heart.

The Catholics have the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, teachings for difficult times. Shamanic traditions often focus on the wisdom of the heart. Buddhists have the Heart Sutra. There are many others. Something for everyone really, if they need support that resonates and are willing to explore.

I rewatched the film this week, it felt so timely. And yes, you’re very right - the resonance of the heart is nothing new, it’s woven throughout so many religions. Unfortunately, religion often tends to get distorted, which can sometimes muddy the message, but the truth is there if you look for the signal!

Yes, I agree about the distortion. But also the truth being available for those 'with eyes to see'.

With the Earth, cosmos and beyond calling us, forcing us to pull from our heart and soul I’m drawn to the song: Lightning Crashes by Live. The song talks about a lady giving birth in one room and another lady dying in the next. Then the soul from the dying lady goes into the baby that was just born. I truly feel like this is what is happening with our world right now. I was saddened, but now I am so excited for this new frequency coming on line.

I love how sometimes music is the way our deeper self speaks to us. The soul speaks no language, only frequency, so when your souls ends you a song, listen! This is a very sad time, and a very difficult time, but it’s also a hopeful time when we remember this is the bridge between one world and the next. We are leaving much behind, but there is so much to be gained. Onwards!!

In the midst of wondering exactly how to help, I felt compelled to put the phone down and practice a golden thread connection, and because I have done it before (albeit not consistently) I was able to drop right into it. The love and hope is there-- and quite vibrant. It feels good to send love through the golden threads. And along with the love I sent a love note to help spread the message of dropping into their hearts. We must never underestimate our ability to affect change even from half a world away. It almost seems so ridiculously simple, but the hard part is actually being in the noise and fear of it all, being around people reacting from the head, and rising above the pressure to act from the head. Thank you for empowering words, today and always ❤️❤️❤️

I love this so much, Carolyn. It made we weep, because you really caught the signal here. I didn’t write this specifically, but perhaps I soon will, but the golden threads that connect us all are exactly the kind of communication system that you just used it as. I have been practicing using the golden threads to send the light of love to those I feel out of alignment with - some prominent figures, and some in my own life. I’ve been practicing just mustering the love energy and moving it down the threads towards them, bathing them in that light. When we are taught that we have to love everyone, it’s confusing, because we often misunderstand that to mean we have to like or agree, or feel affection to people who may have wronged us. I am coming to understand that the instruction to love everyone is about using the golden threads, sending the light of love to all energetically, even if physical closeness is impossible or inappropriate. If we all sent the light of our love down the golden threads to the White House, what a difference it would make. And then to the people of Minnesota - both those being mistreated and those doing the mistreating - and the same in Iran, and all over the world. This is my daily practice now - I lie in bed each morning sending the light of love to as many places as I can visualise. It’s powerful….and even moreso if we all do it!

Wiz...it literally took me all day to read this wrap-up...I put it down to take my dog for a walk around my "hood" enjoying beautiful cool clear blue sky and light wind...saw soooo many folks I know trading stories and updates helping my 88 year old neighbor get some outdoor time (I love ❤️ her so much) all the while thinking about Gandi. Then picking it up again to read more words and deeds by Gandi and your incredible way of showing us how to go forward with great love in our hearts 💕 I am feeling online, firm yet gentle and ready to light my golden threads with my love. Also headed for the woods...peace and love ❤️ dear friend. I also left a message for Anna...I really needed to hear her words TY 😊

Gandhi has been nudging me all week - his message is so pertinent to this moment. I feel he is watching over us all and asking us to remember. And dear Anna, who carries the light of Gandhi so clearly, sent me her words at just the right moment - what an amazing time for us all to be here, all connected by the golden threads, navigating this path between worlds. I'm not surprised it took you a while to read this one - it's a lot to take in. I thought about chopping it up and leaving the Gandhi section as something seperate but was guided to keep it as is. It's like buffet you can keep returning to as the day goes along! Thanks for making it to the end! Onwards!!xx
