I really appreciate reading your Weekly Wrap-up each week. It is always well worth reading. Thank you so much for writing the last section ‘Hold on to your hearts’. It sometimes seems very difficult to keep an open heart, but I agree that is the way forward through all of this, and I am doing the best I can to keep the love flowing.
It is ENORMOUSLY difficult to keep an open heart, especially when so much of our world has become closed-hearted. Sometimes the thought of remaining open feels more painful than just hitting back or lashing out, as if open heartedness would somehow allow injustice to flourish. But we have to remember that our strength and our power lies not in taking physical action, but in taking energetic action - keeping the love lamp in our heart burning for every person, every situation, illuminating all the dark places we hold on to. The only antidote to darkness is illumination - it is up to us to keep the love light turned on. xx
