Once again, your words wake me up and shine a brilliant light onto the murk for me.

“We came as the ones who got to taste the old world when it still had its charm - who built our lives inside its rhythms, who knew its warmth, who remember what it was before it started cracking - and the ones who now, on our watch, must help it come apart. ”

I’ve had 73 years of living in “the old world” and being a grateful receiver of its warmth and charm. It’s painfully clear I must help it now dissolve. Not sure exactly how , but I’m grateful I have a wide view of the big picture and what is transpiring. Astrology has always been important for me, but seeing it through your crystal clear lens is a stunning wake up call, Wiz. Thanks , as ever. 🙏⚡️💫

Wiz, to replace patriarchy’s hierarchy with a matriarchal hierarchy is misunderstanding matriarchy in its very essence, it’s not women on top, like a patriarchal structure of a triangle, it’s community in a circle, protecting the most vulnerable in the middle. There is no dominance on matriarchal systems. Everything you list as building the new world is matriarchy in its nature:

The buy-nothing groups, the tool libraries, the repair cafes, the seed swaps. (Matriarchy=Circle)

Plant a vege patch.

Put a panel on the roof.

Catch the rain.

Eat less meat.

Buy fewer things.

Consume less.

Contribute more.

Extract less.

Find your people.

Meet your neighbors.

Build community.

Give back more than you take.

(Matriarchy=Circle)

Please don’t run from the word matriarchy but do please help define it for what it truly is.

Thank you Sally, you're right that "matriarchy" as "women on top" is a distortion, and the circle protecting the vulnerable is much closer to the word's real essence. I was naming the popular misuse that’s been circulating a lot online, not the deeper truth of the word itself.

But the frame I'm working from goes further still: the new world isn't just matriarchy rising, it's the return of balance between the divine masculine and the divine feminine - both wounded, both distorted, both now being called home. The masculine as container, the feminine as contents. The builder AND the birther. The solar panel on the roof AND the circle of neighbours gathered around it. One cannot rise without the other.

The wound, as I see it, was never gendered - it was the split between these two currents inside every human being. So yes, the hierarchy is dying, and yes, the circle is rising, but the circle isn't matriarchy winning - it's the container finally trusting the contents, and the contents finally trusting the container. Both present, both honored, and both whole.

I wrote about this more fully in an earlier piece if the deeper framework is useful, though Substack is not allowing me to share the link here. It’s called “The Original Wound: Healing the Masculine & Feminine Split” if you wanted to search for it on my page. Thank you for the push. Onwards. xx

As a Libra sun all I’ve ever wanted was balance. I affirm that we will and envision a world where the divine feminine and divine masculine is honored and nurtured within every being. Thank you for your thoughtful response and the sky reading talent you share with us all 🌈💗🙏🌈💗

Utterly brilliant, thank you! The paragraph, "The weary, wounded old world" is profound and so important in understanding these times. So eloquently put and so wise.

So much hope in this! I teared up a little at the descriptions of the little souls being born under this sky. ❤️
