Great article. I thought of Lilith this week when I heard Rep. Joyce Beatty describe how she stood up to that awful man in the US as he had a tantrum in the Kennedy Center board meeting. Did you hear about that?

He wants his name on it, has been denied twice and now wants to demolish it.

He chose to focus on insulting her directly during that board meeting.

“I think you’re incompetent.”

Her response?

“I know you’re incompetent.”

It gets better from there.

He brags about being a great developer.

Her response?

“You’ve had more bankruptcies than anyone in this room.”

Total badass.😎

I actually started writing a section on Beatty as an example of Lilith, and the only reason I didn’t include it was the piece was running long. She certainly was brave to stand up and speak truth to power like that - that kind of courage is rare these days.

Thank you, dear Wizard. I am especially moved by the part about Lady Diana. She was a glowing woman - literally, her light and her heart for humanity were obvious, visiting children with AIDS and advocating for the removal of land mines. Her heart gave her such courage to speak the truth around the world, even about her own life. She was a force for good. You have mentioned about others who’ve died that their charts are still active. Is there more that Lady Di’s chart serves to reveal? Perhaps her “purpose” isn’t over and her light continues?

Yes, Di’s chart is still active, and it’s not surprise it’s active this week. I was going to write about it but it felt like a tangent. I might refer to it again soon, but what I suspect from what I’m seeing is that we’ll be hearing her name more in the coming days. Next year is 30 years since her death, and I think there is still more for us to understand and learn. She’s not done yet, and nor is her chart. xx

Thank you. As always great Wiz.

The Mind v Heart. "Feeling" is core to our allowing our Divinej capacity, our Love to flow. In my circle I came up against the "mind" wanting to embrace more structure, doing, the blueprint, philosophy, the "how to" as a leader chose a Fall book reading. I pushed back, sensing the populations overwhelm and fear. Turns out there arw two books, same message at its core. One the call to step outside of self, the other invites the reader to "feel" both empathy for self and others. To hold the differences we share by seeing that each individuals story is their own experience. We have no way of knowing "anothers" story and hence, judgement from afar is so futile and life sucking life out of collective life. One book is a call to action. The other a call to heart; holding, being with. I lost the vote with this leader. I was distraught, angry, hurt. I wanted to retreat, not be a part of what I perceived a definite "miss" on what is needed. But then I realized the gift. I can participate and hold both/and. Much more powerful than either books individual content. Wow. Thank you for keeping us grounded. You help me see the love.

This story has really moved me - it’s a perfect example of doing something different, even in a small way, that waters the seed of the Age of the Heart. I’m so pleased you saw the opportunity in that moment. That’s how the heart rises. Onwards!! xx

Are you saying Anita Hill was Lying about Supreme Court Judge Clarance Thomas Raping her & the Sex Harassment she endured working for him. I was a Teenager when this was going on & I ALWAYS believed her & FELT like there was Something Evil about that man.

I can see how “Anita Hill testified and was disbelieved” might read like I’m making a comment on the truthfulness of her testimony, but all I was doing there was saying she gave her testimony and it wasn’t enough to sway those in power. Just stating the facts of what happened. Anita Hill has always struck me as a Lilith character - the exiled voice rising. The thing with Lilith is that just because she rises doesn’t mean she is always believed. She surfaces the secret, and in Capricorn, the structure and institutions have to deal with it. In her case, the institutions listened and appointed Thomas anyway…..and the decision still reverberates today.
