Those learning that preparation is not passivity - that the warrior sharpens the blade in silence before the field, that the builder steadies their breath before the first stone. We send our light to those who are grounding themselves not in fear of what approaches, but in trust of what they have already become.
May the roots hold as the wind rises
I prepare from a place of power, not dread.
I let the earth beneath me steady what the sky is stirring.
I tend to my body today - it is the vessel that carries everything through.
I clear what is unnecessary and keep what is true.
What approaches is not happening to me.
I am meeting it.
