Today we send the light of our love to those finding words for what happened in the dark
To the ones who woke this morning knowing something had shifted - unable yet to say exactly what or how, but certain, in the chest, that something completed itself while they slept. Those who are standing in the aftermath of a turning point and are now reaching for the language to understand it. Those who are learning that consciousness catching up to change is not weakness - it is how integration begins. We send our light to those who are finding, carefully and courageously, the words for what they now know.
May the mind meet what the body already understands
I let understanding arrive at its own pace - I do not force it before it's ready.
I am honest about what I now know, even if it is uncomfortable.
I bring thought to what has been felt, and let it become real in language.
I do not use words to escape what happened - I use them to meet it.
What I name today I can work with.
I think clearly.
I speak truly.
I move forward.
Now you can name it
Yesterday something shifted in the bones.
Today the mind arrives at the scene.
This is not a lesser moment - this is where understanding begins.
Where the wordless becomes workable.
Where what was felt becomes something you can actually shape.
Be honest in your thinking today.
The mind that meets the fire clearly is the one that knows what to build next.
Today, the mind walks into what the body already passed through
In the first hours of this morning the Sun crosses into Taurus - the long Aries season releasing its grip at last, the energy beginning its slow turn toward earth, toward building, toward what endures. But Mercury is still in Aries, and today it walks the full path of last night’s conjunction - meeting Saturn in the morning, bringing thought to discipline and consequence, then meeting Mars by evening, where thinking sharpens into instinct and instinct sharpens into direction. What landed wordlessly in the dark last night becomes thinkable today. Not easy necessarily, but nameable. The forge has done its work. Now the mind understands what was made.
This is a day for bringing honest, clear thought to what your body already decided was true.
