Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those still cooling from the forge of recent days
To the ones still warm from the strike of the hammer. Those whose bodies carry the ache of something that had to be said, something that had to be done. We send our light to those learning that the softness returning to them is not weakness - it is proof the fire has done its work.
May the earth hold me as the fire cools
I let my body rest inside what my words have already built.
I trust the softness returning to me as proof I am still here.
I let the forge end without chasing another flame.
I tend what I've made with the same steadiness that shaped it.
I let the ground beneath me take the weight I've been carrying.
I honour the ache that tells me the work was real.
Recovery is part of the work
Not every day is meant to be a turning.
Some days are meant to hold the turn we just made.
The fire has done its part.
Now the soil does its own.
Let the hands rest where they are.
Let the chest unclench.
What we built in the heat will cool into form - if we let it.
Today, the sky exhales
The Sun has just entered Taurus, settling the fire of recent weeks into the body, the breath, the soil. The Moon moves through Cancer - a homecoming, a softening, permission to feel. Meanwhile, Uranus sits on the final degree of Taurus, four days from leaving a seven-year initiation in the body, the earth, our relationship to what sustains us. Something long-held is ending. Something electric is about to move.
This is a day for feeding ourselves, feeling ourselves, and letting the aftershocks of the forge settle into form.
