Today we send the light of our love to those quietly adjusting to a world that moved while they were sleeping
To the ones who woke up and couldn't quite say why today feels different, only that it does. Those whose instincts are still recalibrating after a shift they didn't ask for but can feel in their bones. We send our light to those learning that integration is its own kind of work - quieter than transformation, but no less holy.
May I let the new ground become familiar beneath me
I let my nervous system catch up to the change that has already happened.
I release the need to understand it all today.
I trust that my body is learning a new frequency.
I let the small tasks of the day steady me.
I honour the pause after the leap.
I let the ordinary hours do their quiet work.
Integration is holy
Not every day is for the big moves.
Some days are for letting the big moves land.
The sky shifted yesterday - today the body learns it.
Do the small things well.
Tidy what needs tidying.
Eat what needs eating.
The mind will catch up.
It always does.
Today, the sky breathes out
The Moon moves into Virgo, bringing a grounding, tidying, re-sorting energy to the day after a generational threshold was crossed. Mercury and Mars continue their fiery walk through Aries - the voice is still sharp, the impulses still quick - but today, the sky gives us a pocket of pause. A quiet room. A chance to let yesterday’s electricity settle into the body before the next wave arrives.
This is a day for small orderings, gentle maintenance, and letting the mind find its footing in the new weather.
