This is super timely considering I finally decided to connect with my father after a very long time of not speaking to him. I don't know exactly what this will look like yet but I do know its a step I am ready to take.
I'm so pleased - sometimes time just takes time, and things that felt wrong suddenly feels right. We can just flow with what's flowing, and trust the universe has our back as we step out boldly. I wish you and your father the very best as you both try to find your way forward once again. xx
I feel an inner shift that has been asking me to withdraw energy from protective measures I've adopted, and to lean into my (hard-earned) inner strength and all I've learned to build it.
I finished a significant training period (3 years), and I got a message to ease into transition and to not chase it. Instead, meet it halfway. Your words today affirmed this.
And right on Divine Time, on a day, a new dawn, where I chose Metta over righteous anger. Righteous, yes, but anger so often leads to woundedness once more. To stem the cycle - to meet non-love with Love, as Richard Rudd writes in his The Lady’s Prayer. So Love Herself and the Wounded Healer came together to open the tender heart, and applying the salve of tenderness. (Still practising this one!!! 😘)
