To the ones carrying old wounds that have shaped how they love, trust, attach, or protect themselves. To those who feel a quiet thaw where there was once only tension. To the souls surprised by softness - the kind that doesn’t erase the past, but gently loosens its hold. Today, we send our love to everyone opening, even a little, to the possibility that love can land differently now.
May tenderness return to my heart
I trust the healing rising in me today.
I welcome softness without fearing it.
I allow old hurts to loosen their grip.
I honour the connections that nourish instead of drain.
I choose to receive care without shrinking from it.
Let Yourself Be Met
You don’t have to do the emotional heavy lifting alone today.
Where once there were sharp edges, there may now be room for repair.
Let kindness in - even if it arrives awkwardly or unexpectedly.
You’re allowed to be held, supported, or understood.
The healing you feel is real, and it’s earned.
Today, the sky opens a gentle door
Venus forms a harmonious link with Chiron, softening relational dynamics and easing long-held emotional tension. Conversations heal, reconciliations feel possible, and long-protected parts of the heart begin to relax. This is super timely considering I finally decided to connect with my father after a very long time of not speaking to him. I don't know exactly what this will look like yet but I do know its a step I am ready to take.

I feel an inner shift that has been asking me to withdraw energy from protective measures I've adopted, and to lean into my (hard-earned) inner strength and all I've learned to build it.
I finished a significant training period (3 years), and I got a message to ease into transition and to not chase it. Instead, meet it halfway. Your words today affirmed this.
