Today we send the light of our love to those bringing what has lived in the dark into the light
To the ones who have been holding a truth inside them for longer than they can remember. Those whose secrets, griefs, desires, and knowings have been waiting for a sky strong enough to receive them. We send our light to those standing under tonight's Full Moon with something ready to be said - and learning that naming the thing does not make them smaller. It makes them free.
May I speak the truth that has been waiting in me
I let what has been buried rise into my voice.
I honour the wound that taught me how to speak.
I let my love have structure, and my structure have love.
I release the shame that has kept the truth hidden.
I trust that saying the thing is the beginning of healing it.
I let this Full Moon illuminate what I am ready to know.
The buried rises
Tonight the sky pulls everything to the surface.
What you have been unable to say may find its words today.
What you have been unable to feel may finally arrive.
Let it.
Do not rush it.
The Full Moon is not a deadline.
It is an illumination.
What rises today has been ready for a long time.
