To the ones who softened yesterday and are now noticing - without effort - that something good is arriving. To those who feel a slow gladness rising from underneath, the kind that doesn't announce itself but settles into the bones. To anyone learning that grace doesn't always knock - sometimes it just sits down beside you - we send our light. Today is for receiving without earning.
May I receive without flinching
I let the good things land without making myself smaller.
I trust that ease is also part of the work.
I let myself be cared for - by life, by people, by the quiet.
I notice the small graces and call them by their name.
I do not need to deserve this.
I only need to receive it.
Grace doesn't always knock
Sometimes blessing arrives without ceremony.
A softer morning, a kinder thought, a body that simply feels better.
Don't push past it looking for the catch.
Let yourself be the one who is loved today, not the one who has to do the loving.
Eat slowly.
Sit in the sun if there is sun.
Touch something living.
What's arriving asks only that you be present for it.
That's all.
