May 16, 2026: To the ones planting a seed in ground their old wound has tended
Today we send the light of our love to those who've stopped waiting for the pain to heal before they begin

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those planting a seed in ground their old wound has tended
To the ones who are ready, finally, to commit to something real, and who are doing it with the wound still tender, not behind them but with them. To those who've stopped waiting for the pain to heal before they begin. To anyone learning that the wound and the seed live in the same body, and that this is not a contradiction but a truth - we send our light. Tonight the soil is consecrated. Plant carefully. Plant honestly.
May I plant the seed with all of myself
I bring my full self - wound and all - to what I am beginning.
I do not wait to be perfect before I plant.
I trust that what I sow today will be tended by both hands of me.
The bright and the bruised.
I name what I am asking to grow.
I let the old hurt strengthen, not silence, the new commitment.
I plant on consecrated ground.
Plant where you stand
You don't have to be unwounded to begin.
The seed doesn't ask you to be whole - it asks you to be honest.
What you commit to today, you commit to as you actually are.
That's why it'll hold.
That's why it'll grow.
Choose it slowly.
Speak it clearly.
Then let the ground close around it.
This is not a small day.
This is how the next year begins.
Today, the seed and the wound meet in the same soil
Tonight brings the Taurus New Moon - the most generative seeding moment of the year for body, money, value, and the things we build slowly. Just half an hour earlier, Mars conjuncts Chiron in Aries - fierce courage meeting deep wound, the body bringing forward what it has carried. The two together are extraordinary: a New Moon planted on ground that the wound itself has consecrated. What you commit to tonight will be tended by both your strength and your tenderness. The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Moon all sit together in Taurus, an unusual concentration of patient, earthy intention.
This is a day for planting what you most want to grow - slowly, honestly, with all of yourself.
