Today we send the light of our love to those whose minds are striking sparks they didn’t see coming

To the ones who woke up with an idea that wasn't there last night. To those whose conversations are landing strangely well, whose intuitions are arriving in flashes, whose phone keeps lighting up with the right person at the right time. To anyone learning that genius doesn't always knock - sometimes it just walks in - we send our light. Today, the lightning strikes, and our task is to catch what comes.

May I welcome the lightning

I receive the unexpected idea without flinching.
I let my mind move faster than my fear.
I trust the spark even when I can't yet see where it's heading.
I write it down, say it out loud, follow the thread.
I do not need to understand the whole arc to take the first step.
I am ready for what arrives uninvited.

Catch the lightning

Some days the mind is steady.
Today it isn't - and that's the gift.
Insights will arrive in flashes.
Conversations will turn unexpectedly.
The phone will ring at the right time.
Don't dismiss what comes because it surprises you.
Write it down.
Say it out loud.
Follow the thread for two more steps before you decide.
The lightning rarely announces itself.
It just lands.
And then, by tonight, the body asks you to begin building.

Today, the sky strikes the spark and grounds it

In the early hours, Mercury - fresh in Gemini - conjuncts Uranus, the once-a-year meeting of the messenger and the awakener. Expect flashes of insight, unexpected news, conversations that pivot on a sentence. The mind moves at lightning speed. As Mars prepares to leave the fire of Aries after eight months and enters Taurus, the body now asks for steady action, slow building, real work. The day begins with electricity and ends with earth: catch the spark, then plant it.

This is a day for receiving the unexpected idea, and trusting that by nightfall the body will know how to build with it.
