May 21, 2025: To the ones who are barely holding on
Today we send the light of our love to those who smile through the ache, who show up despite the storm inside.
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who are barely holding on.
To the ones who smile through the ache, who show up despite the storm inside.
To those whose hearts are heavy, spirits tired, and souls stretched thin.
You don’t have to be strong today. You just have to breathe.
We’ll hold the light until you can feel it again.
May the waters carry us gently
I allow softness to guide me.
I do not have to fight to be worthy.
I surrender what no longer serves.
I let grief move without shame.
I am allowed to rest.
I am not alone in the dark.
Today’s Light Point
When the world feels too much, let yourself be little.
Not less. Not weak. Just tender. Just true.
Pisces Moon days ask nothing from you but your truth, and your truth might be tired.
So nap if you need.
Cry if you must.
Let the waves come.
Let them go.
There is wisdom in the unraveling.
And there is a shoreline on the other side.
And today… the veil thins.
With the Moon deep in Pisces and drawing toward the end of her cycle, we’re in sacred surrender space, ushering in a new season of movement and thought, but the heart hasn’t caught up. Let the emotional body close the chapter before the mind races ahead. Dreamwork, music, memory, prayer - these are the medicines now.
This is a day for choosing soul over schedule.
See you tomorrow morning!
P.S - For those of you who already follow my Wizard Withwords newsletter where I write regularly about my mystic musings and stargazing insights (see below), the Daily Lighthouse is a daily email I send out each morning. If you don’t want these Daily Lighthouse emails, you can manage your subscription through the Substack app.
If you would like to make suggestions for where we can send our collective light in the days to come, let me know in the comments section below.
I think something led me to your Substack today. I needed to read those words. I went to my yoga class and cried mostly. I have no idea what is making me feel so heavy but today I shall let myself be little. Thank you.
I am more than ready to go back home.
