I'm not crying, you're crying.

I guess if we signed up for it, we knew what we were doing. I think we were a lot braver when we did that signing-up-for.

Thank you for your insights. This is a whole new area of study that has opened up to me, and I love that even though you don't know it, you're one of my professors. 🙂

Being human is hard, and yes, I think we underestimate the challenge of focusing our eternalness through this physical mind and body. When the truth of who we are is the everything of everything, it is indeed a lot to flow through an apparatus that has no capacity to know or understand that. Our soul is brave, but our body, so often, is not, which is why our task is to operate more from the soul than from our mind. Our mind likes to steer things and does not hand over the wheel easily - it takes practice to get the balance right. Be kind to yourself and gentle with yourself - you're doing great. Step by step, day by day, leaning into spirit and out of the mind, leaning in to love and out of fear. And know this - you may see me as your Dumbledore, what a lovely honor - but know that the truth is that I am just the full light that is the truth of you, reflecting back at you. What you see in me already lives within you - I'm glad to be part of your remembering. xx

Thank you for your guidance during these turbulent times.

Your words reminded me of the Leonard Cohen song "Anthem"

"...There is a crack, a crack in everything

That's how the light gets in."

Oh Leonard Cohen was a gift to us all - such wisdom in those words!
