There comes a time ...during crisis....that one reaches a kind of radical acceptance that things are crashing. It is not the same thing as giving up and complying with the wrong being done...it is more a release of the arrogant belief that one can fully control the situation...and then one is somehow freed to set about quietly doing what one CAN do. I have been there many times... In the past, I went kicking and screaming into difficult change...clinging to the edges of sinking ships...begging the heavens....broadcasting loudly to the world about the unfairness of it all. But despite that inelegant entry into chaos, I began to notice that when i released my grip a bit....a special kind of openness happened..one in which I could actually laugh at what was not funny at all..and my movements became more effective and purposeful, as though guided by something divine. I call that the sweet spot. I am there now....it is a gift to treasure despite the unwanted events that brought us here. sending you love, light, and wishes for all to find themselves in that sweet spot soon.

Lately I feel like my intuition and guides are speaking to me through snippets of poetry and song. Last week with the Lion’s Gate it was Yeats and ‘The Second Coming’. This breakdown brought Live and ‘Lightning Crashes’. It feels like we’re watching both the old and young mothers die as the earth’s midwife helps to birth something new. I’m full of both trepidation and hope. It’s clear that next few years will not be easy, but gods willing they will lead to better.
I think your intuition is spot on, and yes, trepidation and hope is spot on. Not easy to watch the ground shake and the walls collapse, but if you know it's making way for a better world (and it is, it really is) then it's good for those us who remember to hold the line, anchor in our hearts, not collapse with what's collapsing but stay steady in our own stillness, and call in the something better while the old world falls away.
Yes, if only we could all just go on living peacefully in our hobbit holes without knowing so much upheaval! But we were made for these times, and we can do this.
