Today we send the light of our love to those learning to rest inside the motion
To those in the between-space - after something has shifted but before everything has settled. The ones learning that balance is not a state you arrive at and stay in, but a practice you return to, moment by moment. Those who are finding that stillness isn’t the absence of motion but its quiet centre. We send our light to those patiently tending their equilibrium.
May the scales find their balance and the breath find its pace
I seek harmony without demanding it.
I rest in the beauty of what is neither too much nor too little.
I bring fairness to my own inner life - neither too harsh nor too indulgent.
I allow myself to exist in the generous space between knowing and not yet knowing.
I choose the considered response over the reactive one.
The practice of balance
Some days call for thunder.
Today calls for something more refined.
There is grace in the pause.
In the considered response, in the choice to reflect rather than react.
Balance is not found by standing still.
It’s found by adjusting, moment to moment, touch by touch.
What needs a lighter hand in your inner world today?
