Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those releasing the role they’ve been performing
To those standing at the end of a chapter they have been playing rather than living. The ones beginning to feel the exhaustion of a role that kept them safe but kept them small. Those who are sensing that there is something more honest they could be. We send our light to those loosening their grip on the version of themselves they outgrew without noticing.
May the letting go feel more like relief than loss
I release the need to be seen in ways that no longer reflect who I am.
I allow the role I have been playing to soften and fall away.
I trust that what remains when the performance ends is more real, not less.
I step back from the spotlight I used to need, and feel the freedom in it.
I belong to myself first, and from there, to everyone else.
The relief of laying it down
There are things we carry that once felt like identity and now feel like weight.
Today is a day for noticing the difference.
What are you performing that is costing you more than it’s giving you?
The ending of a role is not the ending of a self.
It can be the beginning of a truer one.
Lay something down today.
Feel the relief.
It’s already waiting on the other side.
Today, the final hours of Leo ask a quiet question
The Sun arrives at the very last degrees of Leo, sitting almost exactly on the South Node - the axis of what we are releasing and leaving behind. The solar identity rests on this point of completion while the North Node in Aquarius calls toward something wider, more collective, less centred on individual performance. The Moon travels through the expansive skies of Sagittarius before crossing into Capricorn by evening, shifting the tone from philosophical reflection to grounded determination. The transition is almost complete.
This is a day for releasing what you’ve been performing, and trusting that what’s underneath is enough.
