December 14, 2025: To the ones who feel tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix
Today we send the light of our love to those waking with fog instead of fire, whose motivation flickers instead of burns.

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who feel tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
To the ones waking with fog instead of fire, whose motivation flickers instead of burns. To those who feel pulled between wanting to push forward and needing to rest, who sense their energy dissolving around the edges, making simple things feel strangely heavy. And to the souls who, beneath that exhaustion, feel the faint warmth of healing rising - soft, subtle, real. Today, we send our love to everyone learning the grace of slowing down.
May the gentleness carry me
I trust the slow path today.
I welcome the rest my spirit is asking for.
I allow myself to heal without rushing the process.
I soften into clarity instead of forcing certainty.
I choose patience as my power.
Move Like Water
Let yourself float instead of fight.
Your energy is not broken - it’s recalibrating.
Let softness guide you more than structure, more than pressure, more than expectation.
Sometimes healing begins only after your body refuses to keep pushing.
Flow with the day, not against it.
Today, the sky dissolves the edges so healing can enter
Mars squares Neptune, draining momentum, blurring motivation, and making it harder to push, strive, or force progress. At the same time, the Sun forms a supportive trine to Chiron, bringing quiet understanding, emotional soothing, and subtle repair beneath the surface . This is a day when your inner world asks for gentleness and your outer world asks for less.
This is a day for surrendering the fight so the healing can find you.
See you tomorrow morning!

As soon as I read the title, I thought “This one is for me.” I have said that I am just weary.
