February 10, 2026: To the ones ready to feeling the urge to say the unsayable
Today we send the light of our love to those who can feel truth pushing at the edges of their mouth

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those feeling the urge to say the unsayable, and choosing how to do it wisely
To the ones who can feel truth pushing at the edges of their mouth. Those aware that some thoughts carry heat, history, or taboo, and that timing matters as much as honesty. We send our light to anyone learning that liberation doesn’t always come from blurting - sometimes it comes from choosing the right altitude.
May my truth arrive without turning into a wound
I speak honestly without needing to shock.
I allow perspective to cool reactive thoughts.
I choose meaning over provocation.
I let compassion guide my expression.
I trust that clarity doesn’t require cruelty.
Truth without venom
Not every thought needs immediate release.
Some insights need distance to be understood properly.
If words feel charged, ask what they’re trying to protect or expose.
Freedom comes from discernment, not defiance alone.
Let wisdom decide what gets airtime.
Today, the sky pulls words and feelings in opposite directions
Mercury clashing with Lilith brings sharp, provocative thoughts and the temptation to say what’s been suppressed - loudly. The Moon entering Sagittarius lifts perspective and asks for meaning over reaction, while Venus slipping into Pisces softens the emotional field, reminding us that empathy matters. This is a volatile mix if handled unconsciously, but powerful if handled with care.
This is a day for choosing truth that liberates, not truth that scorches.
