To the ones standing in the friction, feeling the pull of two directions at once. Those whose truth is colliding with old certainties, whose breakthrough is dressed up as breakdown. We send our light to those in the beautiful wreckage of transformation, where lightning meets the unmovable, and something new is forged in the heat of it all.
May the friction I'm feeling become the force that shapes me
I trust that tension is not failure - it’s motion trying to happen.
I welcome the clash between what was and what’s arriving.
I move toward the lightning strike, not away from it.
I release the need for this to feel gentle or gradual.
I honour the brilliant, disruptive power of change that won’t wait.
Let the shock wake you up
Some friction isn't meant to be smoothed over.
Some tension is the alarm clock your soul set months ago, finally going off.
Today's energy doesn't tiptoe - it kicks the door open and asks if you're awake yet.
If something feels like it's moving faster than you planned, don't rush to calm it down.
Let it rearrange you.
Let it shake loose what was never meant to stay.
The breakthrough doesn't always feel like relief at first.
