Today we send the light of our love to those who are finally finding the words for what they feel
To the ones who have been carrying something tender and wordless - who have known the shape of it in their chest but couldn't yet speak it aloud. Those who have circled the feeling for days, maybe longer, searching for the sentence that doesn't flatten it. We send our light to those who are learning that the heart and the mind can, when they stop competing, finish each other's sentences.
May the feeling and the word find each other at last
I allow what I know in my body to rise into language.
I do not rush the most important things toward resolution.
I let tenderness be intelligent and intelligence be tender.
I speak from the centre of what is true, not the edge of what is safe.
I trust that what I feel is worth the risk of saying.
I let love be the grammar underneath everything.
Say the true thing
Something has been waiting for a voice today.
Not a perfect voice - just an honest one.
The moment where feeling and meaning finally overlap is rare.
Meet it.
You don't need to be articulate.
You need to be real.
Say the thing that's been circling.
Write it down if you can't say it out loud.
Tender does not mean weak.
It means accurate.
