Today we send the light of our love to those carrying an old shame that flares whenever they try to rise

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those wrestling with the parts of themselves they were taught to hide
To the ones who feel like they should be “past this by now.” To those carrying an old shame that flares whenever they try to rise. We send our light to the ones healing not with mantras or mirrors, but with honesty, grit, and the quiet courage to face themselves fully.
May I honour the ache as part of the path
I release the pressure to be healed before I move.
I let the wound breathe without trying to explain it.
I trust that my wholeness includes the broken places.
I meet myself with compassion, not correction.
I walk forward even when part of me still trembles.
The pain is real, and so is your power
You don’t need to fix everything today, only to stop pretending it doesn’t hurt.
This is a day for naming what stings without letting it shrink your worth.
Courage isn’t about being untouched.
It’s about choosing to live anyway.
Lead with truth, even if your voice shakes.
Today, the sky pulls back the bandage
As the Sun squares Chiron, personal wounds may feel especially exposed, particularly those tied to identity, self-worth, and visibility. You might feel raw, overly sensitive, or tempted to armor up. But this tension isn’t here to shame you - it’s here to show you where your healing still asks for care. Growth doesn’t mean you never hurt again; it means the hurt doesn’t own you.
This is a day for letting truth rise, even if it cracks you open. That’s where the light gets in.
