Today we send the light of our love to those who’ve learned to say less because it used to cost too much
To the ones who’ve swallowed their truth more times than they can count. To those whose words were once dismissed, distorted, or punished, and who are now relearning how to speak without fear. We send our light to those standing at the edge of their voice, unsure whether the world is ready, but ready to try anyway.
May I honour my voice, even when it shakes
I speak gently, but I do not silence myself.
I let old stories surface without letting them steer.
I name what hurts without needing it to hurt others.
I trust that truth doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
I build the strength to speak by choosing not to vanish.
Truth takes practice
Words may feel heavier today, and so might the silence between them.
But what you don’t say can echo louder than what you do.
Let the discomfort guide you toward what still needs healing.
You’re not broken - you’re learning how to carry truth without bleeding from it.
Speak with care, not caution.
Today, the sky brings grit to the tenderness
As Mercury squares Chiron, communication wounds may flare - especially the ones rooted in past criticism, silencing, or self-doubt. Misunderstandings can sting, but they also reveal where healing is still unfinished. With the Moon entering Capricorn, there’s a cooling shift: emotion goes underground, and focus turns to strength, structure, and self-respect. Just don’t use stoicism as a shield. Stillness can be powerful, but only if it stays honest.
This is a day for steadying your voice - not silencing it - and letting truth rise on strong ground.
