Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those whose hearts have outgrown their old lives
To the ones who can feel something large and luminous stirring in the chest, but whose mind keeps dragging them back through feeling, through what was left unfinished, through what still aches. Those standing at the edge of a new chapter, uncertain whether they're allowed to step into it. We send our light to all those standing in the gap between who they have been and who they are becoming. The friction there isn't wrong. It's what becoming sounds like.
May the heart be given back to itself
I allow joy to be my compass, not just my reward.
I let what I love show me where I'm meant to go.
I return to old feelings not to be trapped, but to understand them.
I make space for the self who came here to create, not merely to endure.
I trust that going inward now is what frees me to step forward.
I give myself permission to want more than I have been allowing.
Feeling is the compass
Something has shifted today.
Not loudly, but the quality of what’s possible has changed register.
Now is not the time to push through.
It’s time to feel true.
Let what surfaces from the past come.
It has something to tell you.
It’s asking the only question worth answering right now:
What do I actually love?
Answer honestly.
Everything else follows.
Today, the lion lifts its head
Jupiter has just entered Leo, and the nature of expansion has shifted register entirely - it’s no longer about tending what’s beneath the surface; it’s about feeding the heart and stepping into the light. Simultaneously, Mercury has turned retrograde in Cancer, drawing the mind back through feeling and memory, inviting us to revisit what we truly love before rushing forward. The waning Full Moon in Capricorn continues its release - old structures, old definitions of worth, old ways of measuring success are beginning to loosen their grip. And building quietly beneath all of this, Mars is converging with Uranus in just days - an electric, accelerating force that will ask us to move fast, think differently, and break from whatever has held us in place.
This is a day for going deep into what you love, so that when the lightning arrives, you know exactly what you’re running toward.

And question my sanity and wonder if I am experiencing a spiritual psychosis!!
Honestly, these energies are huge. Grounding, breathing and being are conscious decisions way more than usual.
After a day of reviewing the past six months and reflection about the spontaneous changes I've made during that time and how they are playing out, I'm grateful to have safely landed exactly where I am.... No obligations toward anyone but myself on my calendar for this entire next month; then, on the very first day of next month, an already-reserved space for a rare dharmic opportunity, and there's the great joy! I don't have to fly to the far ends of the earth, this event is being held about a ten-minute walk from where I live. Counting my blessings!
