To those taking stock of what they've been carrying - separating what still nourishes from what has simply become habit. Those doing the unglamorous, necessary work of emotional housekeeping: is this worry useful information, or just noise grown comfortable? Is this care still wanted, or only customary? There is no drama in this kind of tending, only patience. We send our light to those willing to kneel in the quiet mess of their own feelings and sort it, piece by piece, with steady hands.
May the sorting become its own kind of peace
I separate what nourishes me from what has only become familiar.
I tend my inner world with patience, not urgency.
I let small, careful acts of care add up to something whole.
I trust that order can be a form of love.
I release what no longer serves, gently and without drama.
I find peace in the tending itself, not just the result.

There is nothing flashy about today's medicine.

The Moon moves into Virgo today, joining Venus already settled there - emotion now wants what Venus has been after all week: precision, usefulness, devotion shown through care rather than display. As the day goes on, the Moon draws close to Venus's own degree, so feeling and affection are working from the same script. Mercury continues retrograde in Cancer, still circling back through what hasn't been fully processed, while Saturn in Aries inches toward its own station next week, quietly asking us to slow down before committing further. Neptune, retrograde in Aries, keeps tempering bold dreams with a demand for honesty.
This is a day for small, devoted gestures of care - toward yourself, toward what you love, toward whatever has been quietly asking for your attention.
