July 2, 2026: To the ones who shrink when asked to shine
Today we send the light of our love to those whose wanting is met, from somewhere deep within, with shame

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who shrink when asked to shine
To the ones who reach for what moves them and immediately feel the old voice rise: who do you think you are? Those whose wanting is met, from somewhere deep within, with shame - as if desire itself were the mistake. We send our light to that tender gap between the longing to shine and the fear of being found unworthy. The wound is real. But it is not the truth.
May the wanting be held without apology
I acknowledge what I want without making it smaller.
I let the old doubt be heard, but I do not let it decide.
I recognise that the wound is not evidence against me.
It’s evidence of what I came here to heal.
I allow the wild, unguarded part of me to speak today.
I am learning that wanting well is an act of courage.
I was always worthy of what I desire.
Wanting isn't wrong
The expansion has found something in the way.
Something old.
Something tender.
Don’t retreat from it.
The wound that surfaces when you try to shine is not proof that you shouldn’t.
It’s showing you exactly where the healing needs to happen.
Something wilder and truer in you already knows this.
Let it lead.
It knows the way through.
Today, the light finds the wound
Jupiter’s first move after entering Leo is a square to Chiron in Taurus - the fresh expansiveness immediately encounters the old wound around worth and whether we’re allowed to want what we want. Meanwhile, Venus in Leo is in easy grace with Lilith, blessing the honest, unguarded self - the part that loves without needing permission. The Moon lends a clear, observational quality to the emotional field, making it easier to witness the wound without being consumed by it. And Mars in Gemini is squaring the Nodes, creating an undercurrent of restless urgency - the urge to do, move, and speak, often a sign that something quieter is being sidestepped.
This is a day for meeting what surfaces with warmth rather than retreat, and trusting that the wanting is not the wound - it’s the way through it.
