Today we send the light of our love to those whose faith is outgrowing their need for control

To those who have spent so long gripping tightly - to plans, to outcomes, to the people they love - out of fear of what happens if they let go. Lately, something larger has been growing inside them: a faith that the world might hold them even without the constant clenching. Today that growing faith meets the old grip head-on. Not gently. This is the honest collision between trust and control, between believing things can work out and needing to make sure they do. We send our light to those standing in this reckoning, trusting that what loosens here was already too tight to hold.

May the grip loosen as the faith grows

I release my hold a little more, and trust what remains.
I let my growing faith do what my grip alone cannot.
I tell the truth about where I've been controlling out of fear.
I choose belief over the illusion of certainty.
I let go of steering everything, and still arrive somewhere good.
I trust the current as much as I trust my own hands.

Loosen the grip, keep the faith

There is a tension today between trusting and controlling.
Notice where you are gripping something that has outgrown your hands.
This isn't about giving up - it's about giving over.
Growth sometimes asks us to release the very thing we thought was keeping us safe.
Let faith do some of the work your fear has been doing alone.
The looser hand often holds on to more, not less.

Today, growth meets its oldest gatekeeper

Jupiter, newly arrived in Leo, makes two major aspects today. First, an easy trine to Neptune in Aries - faith and vision expanding without resistance, dreams that suddenly feel closer and more possible. Hours later, Jupiter opposes retrograde Pluto in Aquarius - growth running directly into deep, entrenched patterns of control, whether internal fears or external power dynamics resisting change. The Moon continues through Libra, keeping the day anchored in fairness even as this larger tension plays out overhead.

This is a day for letting your faith stretch further than your fear has allowed.
