Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those learning that their light was never only theirs
To the ones who've tended their fire carefully, wondering if sharing it fully might somehow spend it. Those who've kept their radiance close, not from selfishness but from something more tender than that: the fear that shining completely might be too much, take up too much space, ask too much of the room. We send our light to those arriving at a different understanding today. That the full heart is not a threat to anyone. That what opens in one of us opens something in all of us. That the light we finally allow ourselves is the same light the world has been waiting for.
May the full heart serve the whole world
I allow myself to receive the full scope of what this moment offers.
I let my joy be as real and as large as my grief has been.
I release the habit of dimming before I've even begun to shine.
I trust that when I give my light without reservation, nothing is taken from anyone.
I offer what is most alive in me to what is most needed in the world.
This moment is mine - and in being fully mine, it belongs to all of us.
Your light belongs to all of us
There is a quality of light available today that asks nothing to be earned.
It arrives like confirmation - of everything survived, built, and clarified.
The urge to perfect what we offer and the urge to simply give it - they lead to the same place.
The full heart is not naive.
It has met the depth.
Its light is not performance.
It is purpose.
Shine without reservation.
The world has been waiting.
Today, the full heart meets its full reflection
The Sun and Jupiter conjoin in exact embrace in Leo at noon - the great blazing YES, the heart at its most generous and open, the planet of faith and expansion meeting the sovereign self in mutual confirmation. Then, the Full Moon rises in Aquarius: the individual light, fully lit, seen against the canvas of collective humanity - the Leo-Aquarius axis at its most potent, what I am in full reckoning with what we are. And at dawn, Venus and Mars meet in a taut square - the desire to offer something perfect meeting the urgency to simply give - friction that means we are alive to the full weight of what this day holds.
This is a day for shining the full length of your light, and watching it become something shared.
