Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those softening back into the current
To the ones who held so much this week - the intensity, the reckoning, the great opening. Those who rose to meet the fire and found they were equal to it. And who now feel, in the quieting, the body's honest response: the eyes that want to close, the chest that wants to release, the hands that want to open and give it all back to something larger. We send our light to those learning that dissolution is not defeat. That to soften is not to lose what was gained. That the ocean doesn't erase the ground - it returns us to ourselves, clean and full and ready to breathe.
May the current carry what the hands have been holding
I give back to the larger waters what I was never meant to carry alone.
I let the softening be as real as the striving.
I receive the gift of feeling, without needing to explain or resolve it.
I trust that what was opened this week is not diminished by rest.
I let the tears come if they come - they are completion, not collapse.
I release into what is larger than me, and find I am not lost there.
Give it back to the water
There’s a moment after every great opening when the only wise move is to let go.
Not of what was gained, but of the effort of holding it.
The water doesn't require our grip.
What is true in us doesn't need our constant vigilance to remain true.
The softest thing we can do today is feel - without analysis, without agenda.
This is not the absence of progress.
It is what progress rests in.
Today, the ocean calls the fire home
The Moon moves from Aquarius into Pisces at noon - the waning Full Moon light, which has been carrying the great Leo-Aquarius illumination of this week, dissolving now into the undivided ocean. The great seeing becomes the great feeling. The Sun in Leo holds its warmth, still close to Jupiter - the heart of this week hasn’t closed - but the afternoon belongs to Pisces: to the body’s honest response to all it has witnessed, to the relief of edges softening, to the gift of not needing to hold the shape of things together for a little while. Neptune, retrograde in Aries, adds its quality of sacred surrender to the air.
This is a day for releasing what we’ve been holding into something larger than ourselves.
